Terms and Conditions

For buyers of Quiksee tour

1. Services provided:
1.1 Professional filming, post production and Quiksee tour creation.
1.2 Hosting on Quiksee UK ltd server for a period of one year, with option to continue service.
1.3 If you would like to change the set filming date you must notify us 7 working days before the set date.

2. Calculation of fees and other charges
2. 1 Fees for professional services are calculated by the time needed to produce the tour by our production company.
2.2 The hosting charges are charged by the end video size of the tour file.
2.3 These are not fixed prices as they change according the video file and the amount of time spent in production.
2.4 Tours filmed outside of the M25 will be charged extra travel fees.

3. Billing arrangements
3.1 50% of the payment must be paid prior to the filming day.
3.2 The remaining 50% of the invoice must be paid after reviewing and approving the tour.
3.3. The second payment is due before the acceptance of the tour link.
3.4 We shall not send out any links that have not been approved by the client and that have not been paid for after approval, unless agreed otherwise.

4. Non payment
4.1 If payment is not made within 14 days of tour approval, Quiksee UK ltd will hold all rights to the tour and will have permission to use the tour as they please.

5. Approvals
5.1 All tours will need to be approved.
5.2 These tours shall be viewed on a trial link that will be provided for 7 working days.
5.3 Alterations can be made in terms of editing, maps, add on such as music or text.
5.4 You are responsible to inform the cameraman on the day of the filming your needs and requirements for the tour. Any changes requested by the clients in terms of re-filming, for things not requested on the original filming date, will be charged at production rates depending on travel time and time spent on location.
5.5 Once the tour has been approved, you will receive within 24 hours a link, which you will need to embed into your web site. Quiksee UK ltd will not do this for you and will not create a link to the tour for your web site for you.

5.6 If, although guiding the cameraman on the day of filming, you are still not happy with the tour, we will re film until you are pleased with the outcome.  All requirements must be made directly to the cameraman on the filming day. If they are not requested in this way, you will be charged for every re-filming required. A brief may be sent but you must give all directions directly to the cameraman on the day of filming, before production begins.

6. Hosting
6.1 Quiksee tours will be hosted on Quiksee UK’s server based in the UK.
6.2 The price for hosting will depend on the final size of the video file, and can only be estimated.  This price also includes a yearly subscription fee.
6.3 The price may change once the tour is ready, due to any add-ons such as music or voice over , depending on the accuracy of the estimation.
6.4 The tour will be hosted for a period of one year. After this period of time, you may continue hosting your tour on our server, for one more year for the original hosting price.  You may do so for every year after the first year is over.
6.5 You will not need to pay for production again unless re filming is needed after one year due to refurbishment.

7. Filming
7.1 If you request the tour to be without people, you must make sure that the venue is cleared of people on the day of filming. If you do not do so, you must bear in mind that there will be people in the tour.
7.2 Any delay in filming over 2 hours may be charged an extra half day of filming, according the rates of the production company on site.
